No Feedback No Communication

I have a legal claim pending for more than a year as Scorpion Legal incorrectly repudiated my claim. I have emailed Sipha Zondo (Claims Manager) and Nombuso Noxolo Ngobese in in September last year with no feedback.

Very poor service from this company.
