No feedback

Good day. I am very unhappy about the way Scorpion has been handling my case. I requested their assistance in 2013 when a debt collecting company put my name under debt review without my permission or even notifying me. I always request feedback on-line with regards to Scorpion helping me to clear my name however they always say they will contact who ever is handling my case to give me feedback. I wont lie at first they initially took my details and were helpful but ever since then no one has been giving me an update on my case. The last time I got communication was October last year when i got a text message requesting me to fax some documents and I had to enquire if they got them without them at least calling to confirm that they successfully got them. May I please be assisted.
