NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES

I signed up with Scorpion one year and have been paying diligently every month. I never had any reason to contact them in the past year however yesterday I had a small issue at work and needed advise urgently. I contacted Scorpion selected my option and EMILY answered. I explained I needed some advise and also passed the security check. Emily placed me on hold and and returned to tell me all legal advisors are busy and someone will call me back shortly. Since yesterday NO CALL! DISGUSTING THAT YOU ADVERTISE 24/7 HELP AND HERE I AM WAITING FOR A CALL OVER 20 HOURS LATER. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING A GOOD CLIENT AND PAYING ON TIME. FALSE ADVERTISING. IM APPALLED WITH THE SERVICE!!!!!!
