no contact or consultation

I sent an sms to scorpion requiring advice on the matter and the response was quick and I was phoned within 30 minutes then after speaking with the consultant she said she will refer my matter to Gauteng branch and open a case and do a telephonic consultation then a daqy after was phoned by a lady called Zinhle in the morning and I told her I was in a train hence I cant talk and she should call after 30 minutes I have been waiting since then<br> Scorpion staff members are so unprofessional its like they were doing me a favour by calling me I wonder what would happen if one needs them urgently
