No communication

SL-*** *** I requested an assistant regarding the property that I am buying and I was asked to complete some form and send it together with some documents, which I did. I later received a sms that says my legal counselor is Siyabonga Khoza, that was on the 25th of July. I have been trying to contact Siyabonga since then with no joy. Every time when I call they tell me that he is not available they will ask him to call me back, to this day I have not received a call from him. All I need is for him to acknowledge that my query is being attended to and the way foward. This is my first Claim ever since I joined Scorpion 9 years ago and the service I am getting is appalling. Can my case be assigned to someone who is willing to assist and communicate with clients please
