NO ASSISTANCE FROM YOU EVA!!!!!

Hi<br> <br> I have logged 2 cases with scorpion for assistance. One was last year and the other this year. In the 1st case I needed assistance with a dealership that sold my car and have not paid me the money. Was referred to their attorneys for Consultation. Went to see the Attorney and after his recommendations he said I had a case. We needed to wait for Scorpion to give him a go ahead to issue summons to the dealership. Guess what...After a month I get a call from the Duran branch to tell me they won't pay for the attorney since I joined them after I had the issue. But did they stop taking money??? I had a 2nd case where someone bumped me last year November. 3rd party insurance wanted to rip me off. Called scorpion to report my case. Was told someone will call me. I waited till I called them myself to enquire. A lady from DBN branch called me after a month to ask me what the latest was. And apparently they only check files once a month and it's more than 3 months I haven't heard from them. Did they stop taking my money? NO. I haven't seen such an *********** company in my life. Please cancel my subs with immediate effect. I have moved to Clientele Legal...You are useless
