I’m just going to give them the single star because there isn’t a zero star. Maybe for the effort from the consultant who opened my file.

Had a labour related matter which they failed to resolve even after escalating the matter to the manager. It’s all promises but no action. Mind you all I needed was a mediation not a physical representation. Now imagine if you were in jail and your freedom depended on them.

Fellow South Africans, heed my advice and read up on their reviews before you perish. Don’t be like me! I just saw another review of a client who they have failed after been paying for 9 years.
