My Service Hero!
<p>After dealing with almost 4 people at Scorpion and almost giving up and wanting desperately to close my account, i was assisted by Faith Mpungose who is one of the Managers. I lodged a case with them since Feb 2016 and was not getting any joy, no follow-up and no response. I called and demanded to speak to someone senior who at the time was Faith. Faith restored my faith with Scorpion by making sure that one of your attorneys call me and my matter was sorted within a week. Today, as i'm writing this e-mail, i'm smiling as my refund is reflecting on my back account. Faith thank you! you are such a "Service Hero".</p>
