MY PLEA FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE WAS CLOSED AS ADVICE ONLY

My plea for legal assistance was closed as advice only

(Ref .wf ***3) (claims ***3) A membership since 10/11/2021 to date

The Court granted an Order in my favour and thereafter a warrant of execution was obtained.

With reference to scorpion legal membership agreements (section 7. Point 9). I requested assistance with the execution steps.

On the 09/05/2022 sms received from scorpion legal advising that my matter was closed as advice only.

21/05/2022 email to ***- no response received. 14/06/2022 email to newinstructions@biz - no response 29/06/2022 email to ***- and newinstructions@biz- no response received. 17/07/2022 email to *** -no response received.

How is a member expected to "strike back legally " when scorpion legal fails to abide and honour their own terms and conditions as per the "membership agreement"?

In addition they dont have the decency to restore emails but are very efficient to debit my account on a basis. I am now requesting for all my premiums to be refunded on the basis of non compliance and failure to honours the membership agreement
