My matter of a year was resolved within a month

<p>Thandiwe Ndunge assisted me with the matter with Telkom, i app**** for a 3g and my application was not approved. And a month after that Telkom started deducting money from my account and i only realised after a month and could not reverse the first installment. I went to Telkom and they confirmed that the devise was given to someone in midrand and he was paying for it. i went to Telkom several times and they promised to address the issue but still they continued to deduct money for about a year. untill i reported the matter to my local scopion branch.</p>
