Maladministration

Good day

I am writing this with sadness, I went to the Johannesburg branch to enquire about what I needed to know .The lady was very helpful to my surprise when she checks the system I am owing two months ,how is it possible?? This money is being debited from my account monthly when I downloaded the bank statement it shows that you guys are debiting this needs to stop .Why would such a big company have maladministrstion issues
