I won a case at ccma and referred to scorpion legal protection, after I did most of the process alone, but by the time when I referred the case to scorpion I started experienced delays until the employer changed all of his property to different companies which doesn't exist. Now there's nothing to attach, and the attorneys assigned by scorpion to deal with the case told me that the only option is the process of liquidation and attorneys send the email to Boitumelo the scorpion legal protection consultant but she didn't responded, I did send her an email she didn't responded until I called them and asked to speak with their supervisor and the supervisor told that they will check the email with her and come back to me. My surprise is she call me to tell that she don't think scorpion covers the process but she's talk to the supervisor, my question is if scorpion legal protection doesn't cover why am I paying scorpion legal protection to cover me????
