Legal matters
Not sure about what is going on and where to go now, I have a case at ccma which started last in July. The company which I was working owes me money and I opened the case at ccma in vereeniging. The process went well under the help of scorpion and attorneys but last of last week the attorneys called me to tell me that I must go to ccma and collect a written confirmation by the commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration. When I went to ccma in vereeniging they told me that the letter comes from head office in Johannesburg. I went back to the attorneys to inform them, they told me that there's nothing they can do because scorpion told them to help me with sherriff only the rest I must do it by myself??? and I must do follow ups every week because if it takes time it will lapse. Now the problem which I am sitting with is I sent an email they did respond by saying someone will call me until today nobody had called me???? I don't know where to go now because if I go to scorpion they will tell me that the matter was sent to the attorneys, if I go to the attorneys they will refer me to ccma, and if I go to ccma they will tell me that they are waiting for the head office until it lapse, I don't know what to do now. Because if it lapse I have to start again or then I have loses.
