Legal matter

i am so unhappy with the service of Scorpion, i have a policy with them, i needed help with my insurer as they were not helping me , so i asked Scorpion to help but nothing from March till now the Legal person called Ruth Phake hasnt givin me any feedback till now, when i send her emails she reads them but doesnt reply when i call she is on the phone but never returns my calls, what a horrible service they give so dissappointing,
