Legal matter

I don't know what is going now, between scorpion legal and Du Bruyn attorneys, concerning my case. I made a follow up to Du Bruyn attorneys about my case which was referred to them by scorpion. On the 6th of January i received an email with Ref: W DU BRUYN/AF/DB1124 Which reads as follows, "we confirm that our offices proceeded to provide Scorpion Legal Protection with our merits report on the 7th of December 2020 and to date have not received cofirmation of cover herein."

What's confusing me is, scorpion phoned me to tell me that they are waiting to hear from the attorneys. My question is if i didn't write a review on hellopeter was they going to tell me what is going on: Honestly i am very disappointed with the service of scorpion legal protection.
