Landlord tenant claim

I have never submitted a claim with them and they actually help.

It’s been almost a month waiting for feedback for a simple query regarding my landlord.

I have tried to reach out to them last week and the legal advisor Hannah apparently was supposed to call me on tuesday this week but haven’t heard anything but they will never miss to debit my account.

This is the third claim i’m requesting help from them, they never show interest to help, the first day an agent called and i registered this claim, she sounded even annoyed when i was explaining my query, i mean i had to ask her what with the attitude.

Do better guys, we pay you to get help, what legal protection are you guys prouding yourselves in???
