Lack of services

Hi to say i am very very unhappy with the service i have been receiving since 2019... I had 2 cases with them in the passed and still was not satisfied at all... there was no conclusions to my cases. Its almost a month ago i have lodge a dispute again and i was promised to receive a call within 7 days and still again no calls... i have called this morning to follow up and was told someone will call and still nothing. they are taking our money every month but cannot render there service.
