Labour dispute case against my former employer (Ngwathe Local Municipality)
I am a member of Scorpion legal protection and had been wronged by my legal insurer. I had a labour dispute case against my former employer (Ngwathe Local Municipality) which I recently lost at Labour Court. The main reason for my lost is Scorpion. The law firm that represented me did everything in their powers, and unfortunately Scorpion has to approve all their responses or submissions to court, and failed to do so in time. Everytime they had to apply for condonations to court due to Scorpion. Ismael and Ida handled my case professionally and I lost the case due to Scorpion legal protection. I had a 5 year employment contract with Ngwathe Local Municipality, dating back in 2011. It was terminated ********ly by my employer. Please help I don't have anywhere to go hence my message to you.
