Just cut the call on me
I called Scorpion legal protection today twice, first time the call just got cut on me. The second time I went through to Lorraine. I advised that I need legal advice. On top of that I requested that she call me back as I don't have alot of airtime. She then resulted to raise her voice and talk over me!!!!. I then advised her to watch how she talks to me...she said wait talk to someone else and cut the call on me!!!!! This is not the type of service I expect especially since I pay you'll every month on time!. I'm in need of assistance yet I'm failing to get any from Scorpion legal protection. Maybe it's time I take my money where it's appreciated??? Let me know!!!. Thanks and yes up until now no one has contacted me from Scorpion legal protection!!!! **** service being delivered or lack of it!.
