JOIN SCORPION TO ROT IN JAIL
I am so embarrassed and ashamed of myself to think that all this time I was telling myself that I have lawyers that will back me up at anytime. My common legal knowledge is too great compared to scorpion legal protection lawyers or receptionist or consultant, surely if your not qualified for something you should at least educate yourself and read about it,just to equip yourself since you got the Job. "I have lease agreement,proof of payment of payment showing my account is up to date together with deposit plus access disc " I sent all that to my "lawyer" because my access disc is blocked for weeks and manual entrance and exit delay me in the mornings. Guess what? My lawyer came to me and said they say!!!! What da F****? You have everything in black and white you hand and In your computer but your taking a story on the phone,I had to demand a manager and they made a second call and guess they where told a different story now.....1stly manager just lost the hubby and then no she's on leave. So what she doesn't return From leave? What if she gets fired while on leave or get sick while? My lawyers will wait for her to come and sort out my disc and In meantime the so called lawyers agreed that I should take a ticket an pay for it till Thursday,so clueless I was telling them my rights about property rental that they seems clueless about. Legal aid is Million times better than scorpion legal protection because believe you me, scorpion doesn't have lawyers, they have call center agents to get sales and read notes on the screen. They outsource lawyers after delaying trying to avoid paying alwayer by giving you legal advice from Google and you pay for that every month? Your in silver account or gold? Such Incompetency is a disgrace, I would like scorpion to refund me a very cent I paid them,I am not a lawyer but I have won 2 court cases representing myself, therefore I understimated myself by paying this glowns to be my lawyers.

Pherusa Munsamy now on the 18 June 2020 she accepted spreadsheet at around 16:00 and that clearly show on top left corner that is created 18 June 2021 @08:10 and Insisted it was legit and their closing my case,I forwarded her my statement that I was receiving on Monthly basis to show her that it doesn't corresponse with that spreadsheet she has but she was no show,she told me case was closed!
I asked myself why would someone that I am ****** feeding be So mean, simply because I Demanding services that I am paying for?
Pherusa Munsamy has been forwarding me the communication with this people but when she send the spreadsheet it was kinda suspicions"downloaded" and she called the Manager that she's supposed to be representing me against by a short name that she's popularly known as,and I got more suspicions!
Then I took a walk to parking and BOOOM!! Scorpion Durban CBD branch on Anton Lembede street are renting parkings From the same landlord and the 2 Managers know each other, what the hell!
So my case was smashed under the carpet by scorpion.why didn't they disclose to me that their conflicted by this case ,I would have went to Housing tribunal or Legal aid and won with flying colours Instead of being ****med by someone that I am paying every month.
I send a message to Scorpion last week asking if they are renting from same people and guess what? No Response,to to today but they debited on Friday,No Mistake, Pherusa Munsamy need to be paid her salary.
Now what shocks me even worse is that my case was sold and closed on the 18 June and 19 I receive a call from regional manager that promised to get back to me to now am still waiting.
On 21 I get a response from Faith Mpungose from Customer Care Department saying to that they are working on my case,Heee Baaaan! Didn't branch Manager inform them that she sold my case for discounted parking and Massage with Hot stones and The Hotel.
That's what you are indeed not what you potraye to be on TV ,I don't care about those since my post out nowhere their starting to post positive about Scorpion,what are you hoping to achieve beyond being paid to lie.
Scorpion is no different to other financial services that debit black south Africans for 30 years on funeral cover but refused to payout when they are no more ,the only different is that Scorpion deny you when your still alive.
INCOMPETENCE LAWYERS SPECIALISING IN DEBIT.As for not disclosing that they knew the person I reported them to,I won't take it lying down.I am going to be fairly represented and I will fight till am done right.
