It took a while for me to get feedback as they sent an sms which required the proof to my dad which I don't understand how as they did ask me to confirm my number. I was then contacted on the 15th Jan in the morning (school opening)and I kindly asked her to call her around 10h00 - 11h00 as I will be free from then but she never called back. I then called scorpion again on the 16th and explained how I have been waiting for someone to help me but with no luck. I was then assured that I will be getting a call soon. I did receive a call from Ms Musa and I'm happy with the service.
