So when we take this plan as platinum members, theres nowhere it's written 7 to 15 days turnaround time, you said assistant within 24hours. I've opened a case with you lastweek up until this day no feedback, im heartbroken because when you are making sales your consultants calls within an hour but when you need to render services paid for it then becomes 7 to 15 days...
