Towards the end of the year last year we had encountered a problem with our car on the road and it was towed to Audi polokwane. We then fetched it after it was fixed but it was discovered that it was not properly fixed whereas we paid over 20k. That’s when we took it to East rand Audi and they did confirm that polokwane did not do their work properly, they told us to bring it in so they can strip it and fix it however they also required an enormous amount to fix which we refused because we paid a lot of money in polokwane Audi and they just confirmed that it was not fixed. We then fixed it somewhere and that’s when we asked scorpion to step in so we can get our money back from polokwane Audi, we were assigned to a lady called Thandi who was no use to us at all till this day she said she will get back to us after we had provided her with everything she needs. We were ********** and all we wanted was for scorpion legal to restore our confidence and fight on our behalf.
