*********** AND UNPROFESSIONAL PATHETIC USELESS LAWYER
I actually do not know where to start with "Scorpion Legal Protection" This name is very misleading, I really feel sorry for those who are members and continuing to be members of this firm, especially the under privileged, elderly and not so educated people who work in difficult conditions, who are exposed to their greedy employers, who take food from their month who take advantage of them in every single way.
My mother joined Scorpion while she was working for a firm in Durban, and well since the unfortunate circumstances are always unpredictable and knowing the background of her employers, I commended her for taking the step of joining a legal firm to protect her rights.
With Scorpion and like any other legal firm, they are very happy to have you pay your premiums every moth until you have a claim or a complaint which they now need to act on. Then that is where you will start questioning if these people are ******** society or if they are a real law firm with PROFESSIONAL Legal preventatives. Scorpion is nothing close to that, the unfortunate thing is that you will only release that you suddenly log a complain or have dispute that which is obviously covered in your premium and that is where you will regret going into their doors.
I will really not describe how unprofessional and *********** the stuff member who is currently handling my Mothers' dispute, it is really appalling. Like I said before, when the tough gets going and when you really need for them to show up and practice what they preached, you will be surprised and you find it difficult to accept that this firm has professional lawyers. This person from Scorpion basically took advantage that my mother is a pensioner, does not believe in her case and has basically thrown the tall in her face. I was told that she told her to wait and she doesn't know until when but she imp**** that she will close this case until further notice. I called to do a follow up to understand what is going on, and not just scorpion but every other party that was involved in the dispute to get more information and which this *********** clueless person was suppose to do in the first place. I finally got hold of her and I asked her why has she decided to close the case and she gave me the silliest excuse you can ever think off in the sun. She told me that they other party (MIBCO or DR) is not picking up her calls.
I asked her when last did she try to contact them ( knowing that I just did) she could not answer, I had to ask her to continue with the case and make necessary follow ups as it seems like she did not want to handle this case anymore and that is shockingly unprofessional of Scorpion to employee such *********** people because I have to push either push this lady, tell her how she should do her Job, only then she will act!
The last she promised to get back to me which in 2 weeks ago, she has not reverted until today. She told me that the other party advised the firm is closed and that was her last feedback and I said what proof did they provide to her, and she said she didn't ask. Like what the hell am I suppose to call this person? Scorpion you should be shameful of yourself and dignity, you deceive people thinking that you have a team of professionals until you have to face the music. She told me that she has other cases to handle as her justification, listen I I do not want this lady to handle this case!!
