Incompetency with a dash of ignorance
If I could rate zero starts I would,I called requesting legal advice and a very bored sounding consultant told me that I could not be assisted because the contract in question was entered into prior to me having the policy even though I explained that I didn't have a dispute with the other party until present..THERE WAS NO PROBLEM until recently so I wasn't requesting any assistance for a dispute that occured prior to the Policy..get your act together you guys because this is not the only issue I have with you even with my funeral policies you did a total stuff up!!!
