<p>A policy was activated with my details and with another person's ID number. I called ***and spoke to a unprofessional consultant by the name of Kingsley. I need this sorted out as soon as possible. I wanted to join last year August however your service is pathetic. Make sure my details are removed from this policy and there better be no debit orders going off my account because if that will be the case I will definately open a case of *****. Sort this out.</p>
