IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER, GO WITH SCORPION!
I am advising everyone dont go this route. Cause Scorpion takes forever for a lawyer to get back to you. I had an issue where the person that suppose to put tar did ground work and left , my small child even fell cause there is cerment there and hurt himself :(. We told the consultant it is a hazard, all you ever hear is a lawyer will get back to you. NO LAWYER CALLED. s SO dont go this route rather actually get a lawyer it will be done quicker and yes I will advise people on FB, X, Linkedin and my influencer Tik Tok account.
IF you want results , DONT GO scorpion!
