I am very happy the matter was solved with no time. I firstly meet Masindi Rebecca for my first appointment,she explain everything and the rules and regulation's, steps that I need to take everything was clear and understandable .I went back home satisfied. My second appointment I met Evelyn Mdluli who took the matter forward she did not keep me waiting for Masindi, I was happy because she did not say because Masindi Rebecca help me first I should wait for her, she print out the letters for the people I needed to evict and same time call them as well and she gave me the lease agreement papers for the next tenant so that I won't have another problem.I was like wow this is amazing I really like the service here.
