I was a member for about 10yrs

I was a member for about 10yrs. I have a problem with the car dealership which even today was never resolved. At first they gave my case to this Indian lazy lady which I used to contact her every 3days and sometimes she would get back to me after a week or 2. Then I was referred to the law company around my place, where I was told that I am going to loose the case before the case was in court. I asked about the money that as a client is entitled to get even if you loss the case in order to consolidate the debt. But I was told lot of stories. I gave them all the documents they requested for the case, but the never assisted me. I just feel that I was ****med by so called scorpion legal. As I was paying my premiums for 10yrs for nothing.
