I regret the day I joined
I reget the day I listened to a friend who recommended I join scorpion legal protect, called the company regarding sn issue that I have with the comany I work for that was Tuesday the 19th and submitted my paperwork the 20th after calling a number of times a lady called me on 22nd and I requested a call back as I was in a noisy place after 10min because the was strugling to hear me and that was before 08H00am, called the call centre at around 13H00 looking for the lady and I was told she left she will only get back to me on Monday the 26th. worst service ever.
