I know my rights!

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating because their service is absolutely pathetic!! Firstly I was incorrectly advised by a consultant more then once on 2 different occasions. After scorpion referred me to an attorney, the attorney had advised me the exact opposite. I lodged a formal complaint about this two weeks ago, and was told it would take 6 working days for me to get a response. All I have been getting is so called "follow up calls" in these two weeks where I had to repeat my complaint 3 times! Where are your recordings that was supposed to be listened too when I initially complained?? This is nonsense. I haven't gotten any feedback around this, all I'm told is oh we escalated it to the department. One advisor went as far as saying the person who assisted me from Scorpion wasn't experienced in that field, yet I spoke to this consultant on 2 different occasions! This is ridiculous, that's a staff error on your side!! If the consultant wasn't sure, why assist me at all!! Please train your staff!!! I have been played around with for far too long, I've been lenient but now it's time to take this up further and trust me I will. I know my rights!! You guys can't tell me one thing and then another person tells me something else!! Where's the peace of mind??? You guys are quick to collect premiums however can't stick to your words?? I would never recommend this to anyone and I will not hesitate to make this more public as I'm extremely upset!!!!!
