i have been waiting for feedback

I have been dealing with Trudy from complaints/ germiston department and this is from september 2015 after her Ms Moodley who claimed to be the department manager failed to assist me with my claim. She then refered my case to her senior agent who also failed to assit me with my case.On the 19th of february she claimed to call me back after speaking to her manager till to date i havent received a respond to my case . I dont understand why i should be paying the policy and yet i am not been assisted. I am going to refer scorpion to the compliance office who will either force scorpion to practice what they preache and make sure that the get fined for this and refund my paid premiums.if i am not assisted will be speaking to the right people to resolve this i have already drafted the mail.
