I have been disapoin...
I have been disapointed with this institution this is second time encounting issues with them and now calling to find out why debit order diddnt go and one of the stupid and useless consultant name Kgomotso being rude and end up cutting the call while i am talking and i was not even assisted i regrets did i join this useless and incompetend organisation for so many years chawing my money and they are not an opened book.

19 Feb 2025, 13:49I dnt understand why such useles people get employed as managers i have log my complain on 12 and was called andi was told that my call was escaleted to one of useless incompitent managers up to dae non of one contacted me and give update on my complained if a non complaince company not complying must be shut down and stop selling **** dreams and empty tin.
