I GIVE UP REALLY

Ive complained before, you guys said you going to help me, am still waiting , i am complaining again with you guys, i think this lady whos handling this case is not serious with me, i am going to ask again is there someone else other than this lady , i dont want to mention names, please help me, its beeen 3 2 to 3 months now with no response every tim i waste my airtime to call than your consultants are telling they will call regarding my case, 3months still nothing , YOU GUYS MUST TELL ME YOU CANT HELP ME SO I CAN CANCEL THIS R122 THAT YOU DEDUCT EVERY MONTH, FOR THE PAST I DONT KNOW MANY YEARS.
