I am very disappointed with their service

I'm very disappointed yet again with the level of service one always receive from scorpion. Your so called Lawyers do not care about us as clients at all. They do not keep contact, no feedback on cases nothing. We as clients need to be calling you them looking for feedback and instead of getting anything you will always be hearing the same excuse "Im busy with another client now and will call you back by end of business day" but that never happens.

I have been waiting for feedback\ update from PJ attorneys since 2017 they started our case with Amazing Transport, the case is not resolved yet, i called their office yesterday only to find that the gentleman by the name of Thulani, who is handling our case resigned, now I am still waiting to get a feedback on who is assigned to our case now . I am struggling to understand how you people handle your cases. How can one handle a case for that long and fail to provide and update to the client. This is disappointing in all levels.
