I am very disappointed

My Brother was arrested last year April 2023, accused of **** and ******. We were happy as a family to find out He was covered by scorpion legal to be represented in court. We wanted him to be proven guilty by court as we strongly believe that there are lot of loop holes in his case.

I made a call in April and I sent all documents. They called back to tell me that Pakade Attorneys are appointed to represent him in court.

Things started very well until they started to miss court dates, then on the 26 February 2024 I called complaints department of Scorpion after more than three or more dates missed and many calls complaining about this. I received sms stating that they will ask progress report from Pakade Attorneys and come back to us. Until today there is no report from them.

We decided as family to find our own Lawyer in July 2024 and last month in August 2024 my Brother finally got his first trail after 15 months inside the cells.

It's painful and very hard financially because now we have to pay R7000.00 per court date and there are five witnesses. My Sister in law was pregnant at the time He was arrested and the Baby was born without his father, with no financial support and presents to the other three children.
