I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Scorpion Legal Protection

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Scorpion Legal Protection. From start to finish, the way my case was handled felt perfunctory as if my concerns did not matter even though I am their client. They were supposed to liaise with the Ombudsman on my behalf and assist me with the process but they never did. Every time I called I was told that the person responsible for my case was not available. Eventually, the Ombudsman closed the case in December due to Scorpion’s lack of response. To make matters worse, it was only this past Saturday almost 10 months later that I received a text message from them claiming they had tried to reach me “to no avail.” That is unacceptable.
