Horrible service

Have an open file with them. Have been trying to get hold of the rep who is handling my case for 3 weeks. I've sent 5 emails, logged 3 complaints and no reply whatsoever. Horrible service. Not worth paying the premiums. No service whatsoever.

Person handling my case is M Ponnan. I say handling, I doubt they've done anything.
