HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ******** AGENTS

My husband died in 2014, and after struggling with Labour dept for UIF payout; I then raised a claim with Scorpion Legal in February 2016. I was told Millicent is busy with my case but i have been avoided every time i give them a call or try and escalate.

Recently, two weeks ago, I was told they are busy with the case and are trying to get hold of Labour Dept. The silly excuse i got from the consultants was that labour Dept are not answering their phone, and that is resulting in my horrible eperience since no progress and/ effort is being made by Scorpion for reasonable resolution. The call centre agents are very unprofessional and unhelpful, and no one cares to get back to me with feedback and/ update follwing the proises they have been giving me.

I am still loyal with my premiums, and feel that i am been ****** every month with no atom of satisfaction.

My question remains - Is scorpion the right institution for legal matters?

I would appreciate positive and prompt escalation of my case by the management and/ relevant officials.

Sarah Maimane - Policy # **********
