Horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it for anybody
I called Scorpio legal today wanting to talk to them about the sms they sent about the early December deduction on my account and I was assisted by one of their rude consultant. I want my membership cancelled ASAP after such a horrible experience from Kgomotso, so please cancel my membership ASAP and train your staff on how to communicate with clients.

23 Dec 2025, 16:43My account has been debited though I have made it very clear that I want to cancel my membership a million times, I am tired of calling your call centre only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes everytime without receiving any assistance. Clearly I am dealing with a company that has *********** staff members because why is my issue still not resolved.
