Horrible customer service
I have lodged a 2 claims with them o the first week of January and even today my matter is not even assigned. I'm the one who is calling them while they don't bother to even give me feedback. I thought joining scorpion will remove my stress since they will be my voice however its just a waste of time. Im definitely going to cancel my membership and go to another company. The matter that can be resolved within one day is waiting for 14 days to be assigned. Yesterday when I called I spoke to a consultant who was so rude and ready to dismiss me with the 14 days waiting time. So my matter is waiting for 14 days to be assigned. Its like she was coming from sleeping. So ****ed off.
