Highly disappointed in scorpion

To be honest I'm disappointed first of all I have ******* policy now I'm having problems with it because the debit orders are not going through for some reason so I've been asking more than once if my card my membership pack cam be sent to me they say it's posted but I never get it I've asked over several times already because I'd like to make payment at shoprite checkers because the debit orders are clearly not working and my account is in areas can't you guys send it by courier or something now 2 my 2nd problem I opened a legal policy for my grandmother that I'm gonna pay on the 10th of this month and stll noting has been done all I get told is you are waiting for approval my word scorpion when didn't get so bad I've had a policy with you guys for years then I had to cancel it or financial reasons but I joined again because I never had such bad service before but now look at this I'm actually very disappointed in the company and it looks like I'll have to join another legal service for myself and my grandmother I always recommend scorpion legal protection to friends and family but now that I see how I'm getting treated I'll have to rethink that the guy also told me on the 10th I'd get a hoodie and mask as a gift for bringing my grandmother to scorpion that also never happened I am highly disappointed in scorpion if the Post Office service is not working then why not use a courier service and why is it takeing so long for my Grandma's policy to be activated and why have I not receive my gifts yet that was promised to me
