Have been paying for a policy for 4 years only to be told that my child's cover ended when she was 21.

I am from a branch, inquiring about my policy and my child who will be turning 25 in December, so i was told that her cover ended when she was 21 . so i have been paying for her for the past 4 years without anyone informing me that she is taken out of the policy. so this so called Scorpion has been taking my money for this long for nothing. if i did not go to the branch today then i would still be thinking my child is covered. i am really dissapointed in you and i need someone to account.
