Happy with the outcome

Everybody deserves a second chance, I gave them a second chance hopefully, they won't disappoint me again. My experience with them was not good at all, but they corrected their mistake, for now I am happy. I will continue use them. Thanks to Nombuso and her Manager (Durban branch) for helping they even gave me their direct email and landline to call them, should I need anything.
