Great service
i called in to cancel my policy as i haven't received the card or any documents in over 3 months, Veronica Mbongwa took my call from their call center, gave me exceptional service and instead of cancelling i actually upgraded the policy and as agreed she sent me all the relevant information to my email within a space of 5 mins after the call. Im happy about her 5 star service.
