Good service from Meriylee Naidu
<p>I want to take a moment and show some appreciation and recognition to Meriylee Naidu from Scorpion. Impressed with how she got me matter resolved (eventually). I was not impressed with how the call centre agents handled my matter and in my opinion, were partly to blame for the delay in having my case resolved. They could learn a lot from Meriylee as she was hands on and followed up with the other party( even before I had to follow up). </p>
