<p>i contacted Scorpion Legal after MTN insurance did not want to pay for my lost phone.I claimed for my phone on the 28th of Feb 2017.MTN sent me a message that my claim has not been approved due to lack of information and that they will contact me or i must contact them.I contacted MTN insurance and gave them all the information that they needed.A week later i received the same message and they never contacted me so i decided to contact Scorpion Legal told them my problem with MTN and without hesitation they assisted me very quick a following day in the morning i received the same message from MTN that my claim has not been approved same day during the day my claim was approved and within a week i payed my access and received my new phone after 3 days.Thank you Crystel from Scorpion for you r assistance and good service i received and the follow ups and feedbacks</p> <p> </p>
