11 Jul 2022, 19:45 Extremely Poor service from Makgatla and Scopion team. Hi I’m really tired of complaining about the same thing all over again, it’s been two years already.

I can’t even explain the way I’ve been complaining about the same issue. So I will copy and paste the very same old complaints. Please contact the complainant on +27 (79) **********

who can give it attention it serves. This is a third complain regarding the same Matter, I don’t even have energy anymore to explain so I copied and pasted the trail of the previous complaints below:

The last we spoke to is Makgatla M Mokgolobotho

30 Aug 2021, 22:08 Poor poor service The below ? is still on going and it is so disappointing.

04 Jun 2021, 23:00 Disappointed client service particularly to illiterate elderly people. It’s very disappointing to see how Scopion and it’s appointed legal representatives mistreat their illiterate elderly clients. My dad has an ongoing unfair labor practice case which haven’t been resolved for over a year. First the lawyer which was appointed initially has been making excuses about getting them a date at the bargaining council which took over 5 months. Only when I started to make follow ups within a week they did get a date and the lawyer was changed. A decision of retrenchment was taken at the bargaining council and was welcomed by both parties. Settlement agreement was signed that the employer will pay my dad the service money by 23.05.2021 till to date no money was paid, Scopion doesn’t even make follow up calls with their client to check how everything have been going. The attorney was sent an email on the 30.05.2021 (mittiattoneys) and Dieketso Makhanya from Scopion was copied to these email, none of them acknowledged that they received the mail. Further follow up email was sent to Dieketso Makhanya which still she didn’t say anything or apologies for this poor service but instead she forwarded the email to her colleague King Seshwene who also didn’t say anything even today.

The email sent to Dieketso that is being ignored reads as follows:

Good day Dieketso

Kindly be advised that was a settlement agreement entered into by Mr Mayile, Mr Lekala and their employer.

The agrement provides that they were supposed to receive payments on the 23rd of May 2021.

The employer has failed to honour the settlement agreement and we submit that the settlement agreement be enforced in order to compel the employer to pay the employees.

We request that you inform the legal representative you appointed for them to enforce the order without further delay. There is a lack of urgency and sense of professional client service from both Scopion and it’s appointed attorneys and this is second complain.

Your attorney told Mr Lekala that his job is done since they received the documents which at the time he didn’t even confirm if the documents were in order. The point of these whole process is for them to receive their payout not documents.

We await your urgent response herein.

Regards T.Mayile on behalf of Mr Mayile & Mr Lekala

Dear Faith

Please note it’s been almost 3 months now and the last time Scopion rep contacted Mr Mayile was the last time I raised this complain. Two weeks I go I sent an email to the very same people mentioned above making a follow up, till this day these no response. I even called and asked to speak to Ms Naidoo who promised that She will make sure someone calls Mr Mayile, it’s been a week still waiting.

The level of respect and urgency to clients is just not there.
