False promises regarding my case by Ms A Sign(scorpion legal protection )

I wrote about my complain last month on the 25th of October 2018 I'm still wai ting for my response.a lady by the name of A Sign called me to apologise and promised to look into my case and I was happy that at least someone with morals has taken my case.but I was wrong.she was quick to ask me that I accept her apology so that she can come back here and write a good story about how happy I was.I dare you scorpion legal protection to debit my account this month without finalising my case.you won't hear the end of meyou lie to people while you are not competent lawyers.you are ripping people of their hard earned money.I no that you are calling to call me after seeing my post,if you don't have a solution of my case just tell me than to give me false hope.Ms A Sign,I thought you are genuine but you are also a ****.
