False Hope & Mis lead

I've been a member of scopian for a few years, I then left and rejoined last year. I've put a claim through in April, they asked to get documents certified, email invoices to them, the claim was accepted and I thought all was well im dealing with a good legal company. But Instead of them calling me I had to call them numerous times ,leaving messages, over a 9 month period of back and forth wasting airtime and my time asking what's the next steps, they making false promises to only find out after 10 months that my case is not valid because I joined and wasn't aware that there was a waiting period in the 1st month of joining. The agents could of informed me before going ahead and giving me false hope for 10 months , I've paid my installments for 10 months to get disgusting service, No results just a total waste of time and money.... I would never recommend scopian legal .Very disappointing
